Cutter began a career in web development when he started learning HTML while working at NSA, back when Mosaic was all the rage and the image tag was first being introduced. Since then, Cutter has worked in several vertical markets from developer to manager, manages several small open source projects, co-authored two books on ExtJS, and generally just causes a lot of trouble. Cutter has made a living not only in new application development, but also specializing in legacy application upgrade, where he has spent years bringing legacy apps into this century. Aside from work, side-work, and family, Cutter spends his time with either a mic or a camera in hand.
